Shipping (Continental US)
United States Postal Service, UPS, or FedEx
Our goal is to process orders and deliver to the carrier within three (3) business days from your order date. For example, orders placed on Monday will generally be turned over to the carrier for shipping on or before Thursday.
We process orders as quickly as possible, and frequently deliver to the carrier within one business day. You will receive a tracking number from Haapi Products, then you can track the carrier personally. Once the package is in the carrier’s possession, we cannot guarantee their delivery date.
IMPORTANT: You will need to contact the carrier directly if you need to file a claim for late, damaged or lost orders.
For Qualified Orders (orders over $50) to receive Free Ground Shipping, you must meet the following requirements: Shipping address must be a street address within the continental United States. Post Office Boxes, APO/FPO, or destinations outside the lower 48 states are not eligible for our Free Ground Shipping offer. Free Ground Shipping will be via a Ground Service and should take about a week in transit.
Shipments returned as “undeliverable”
Sometimes a customer will give us an address for delivery that the USPS or our designated carrier cannot deliver to. If your address is incomplete or otherwise incorrect, your package may be returned to us. If this happens, the order is considered “returned” and the policy outlined above applies.
It is very important to look for your package after we have shipped it. Your package should arrive within 2 to 5 days after being shipped unless there are unforeseen events such as major weather or natural disaster.
We advise all customers to check with the tracking carrier if it has been a week or more since your package shipped. We email a notice when the package is shipped so that you have the carrier’s tracking information.
Please contact the carrier directly, rather than Haapi Products, to resolve delivery issues. UPS and FedEx will typically make several attempts to contact you. The USPS (US Postal Service) will usually only make one, possibly two, delivery attempts. You will need to follow up with the carrier for resolution. After a period, unclaimed packages are returned to the sender (Haapi Products.) The same policy applies to items returned as undeliverable (see above.)
